If you use the support form, the text you submit is sent to a separate hosted database. No PDF or other document is attached automatically. Keep your case number and access code to read replies, continue or delete the case. See the support privacy notice for retention and access. Automated AI replies are not enabled.

Your files stay on your device

This web/mobile test build edits, converts, protects and recognizes selected documents locally. It does not send their contents or passwords to a developer-operated processing server. OCR language data and processing engines are downloaded as app resources on first web use. They are bundled in the native test app.

Your language choice is stored on your device. Downloaded app resources may be cached for offline use. Selected files and passwords remain in temporary app memory. Exported files may remain in the native app cache until the operating system clears it or the app is removed.

Saving or sharing a file gives a copy to the destination you choose. Copies, device backups and files outside the app are managed separately. Advertising is not active in this test build. There are no user accounts, analytics or payments within the app.

The separate ChatGPT integration sends selected documents to its private processing service. These local-processing statements do not describe that integration.

Dit sprogvalg og appressourcer kan gemmes lokalt. Filer og koder ligger midlertidigt i appens hukommelse. Eksporter kan blive i mobilappens cache, indtil systemet rydder den, eller appen fjernes. Gemte eller delte kopier og sikkerhedskopier administreres særskilt.
